As a beginner of E-money earner, I used this site.it looks like they really pay you but in reality

after I did what they ask for they told me I need 40 referrals to cash out so I send them 40 

referrals and then they tell me another thing .i will tell you what it is but first, this is that website

And another thing is this website name can be changed because it is the nature of this site.

Ok back to business First they told me to earn 140 USD to do my first withdraw Second they told me to send 40 referrals to the site I did both things now they are telling

  for quick verification, I have to send them 10 bucks what do you think guys may I send them money I think not to do that.by the way here is a screenshot 

I rather wait for 2 months for verification than send them money .so guys I wrote this post because I don't want you to kill your time on these scam websites. I know you can find another good legit site on the internet.
